MONOFIBER EXTENSIONS
Human hair extensions cause constant damage and trauma to the wearer’s existing natural hair. This damage occurs when harsh extension methods are used that involve glues, clips, beads, or weaving. With monofiber hair extensions, you will feel confident that you have chosen the safest, most professional system on the market. Monofiber is to hair as Lycra is to synthetic. It keeps its soft, silky luster for the lifetime of the extensions. The Switch team is successfully able to produce any hair shade you require, which results in the most natural and undetectable effect. Our Artistic Director, Alberto Ruiz, has been hand trained directly from England’s Antenna Salon, the founder of monofiber extensions. We love the idea of monofiber because it is not human hair collected from third world countries. It does not exploit natives of those countries by purchasing their hair for next to nothing, treating it with formaldehyde and harsh chemicals, and then selling it at premium cost in the states. We consider human hair extensions to be more synthetic than our method.
